Jared grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He was bad at sports, always the shortest kid in his class, and he had a hard time making friends.

Dating went worse. His girlfriend of two years left him for another guy. His prom date left him on prom night. For years it was one rejection after another.

So he went looking for answers. He read everything he could find, studied people, and earned a degree in behavioral psychology. Then he took it into the real world and tested it, one conversation at a time.

It worked. Jared started mentoring other men and never stopped. That work became Modern Success, the coaching company he runs today with a team of coaches.
